The stories that need a reaction or move the market rarely contain your keywords.
Matching strings worked when media meant newspapers. Today a narrative moves across languages, platforms and formats in hours, and string-matching sees none of it. Intercept understands synonyms, context and intent, the way a human reader does.
Trackingoil
Every article, scored 1 to 10 for your business.
Intercept reads every article and post in your markets and rates how much each one matters to your organisation, on a scale from 1 to 10. Because the score comes from what an article means, it also catches stories that never use your keywords.
One article, three organisations, three scores.
The score measures what an article means for your organisation. It is not a count of mentions or a measure of reach. Here is the same article, scored against three different briefs.
Container ship Aurora Bay runs aground near Vukovar, halting Danube traffic
Blocks the Danube route its barge imports use. Supply to inland terminals tightens within days unless cargo moves to rail.
What you get with Intercept.
Press, social media and video, read in context and ranked by what they mean for your organisation. Everything below runs in one platform.

Threat monitoring
For the keywords that can’t wait: a critical mention reaches your phone within five minutes of publication, with context, not just a link.
Smart filters on every keyword.
Every keyword is watched from your perspective, not the world’s. If you supply fuel stations, “oil” means crude prices, supply and refinery news. Never olive oil or oil paintings. You define the angle once, and Intercept reads every mention through it.
Don’t search your coverage. Question it.
Ask InterceptAI anything about your media landscape. It answers in structured form, with every source cited.

How is Intercept different from keyword monitoring?
Keyword tools match strings, so they send you every article that contains a word and miss every story that doesn’t. Intercept reads each article the way an analyst would, understanding synonyms, context and intent, and scores it for what it means to your organisation. It filters out the noise and catches the stories that never mention your keywords.
Which sources and languages do you cover?
More than 300,000 sources: news sites and papers, public posts on every major social platform, video and the official gazette. News is read in 64 languages, from local outlets in Central Europe to international trade press, and everything arrives translated and summarised in the language your organisation works in.
Where are results delivered?
In the Intercept web app and the iOS and Android apps, by email, and into the tools your teams already use, including Slack, Microsoft Teams, Jira, SAP, Salesforce, HubSpot and Notion. Reports can be exported into your own templates.
What is the difference between Intercept News and Intercept Social?
Intercept News covers press and online media. Intercept Social covers public posts on social platforms and adds comment analysis, text and logo recognition in images, and video transcripts with every mention timestamped. Both score everything for relevance in the same way.
What does the relevance score mean?
Every article and post is scored from 1 to 10 against a brief we write with your team, with one sentence on why. 1–2 is excluded, 3–4 low, 5–6 medium (the default cut-off for deliveries), 7–8 high (an alert and a place in your briefings), and 9–10 critical (pushed to your phone within minutes). The same article scores differently for different organisations.
How quickly will I hear about a story?
A critical mention reaches your phone within five minutes of publication, with context rather than just a link. Everything else waits for your briefing: a daily summary compiled overnight and sent at 07:30, plus the scheduled reports you set.
Can I sign up and try it on my own?
No. Intercept is configured, not subscribed to. It starts with a short form and a conversation about your markets and risks; we then map your media landscape, configure sources, topics and relevance criteria, and show it working on your own topics in a demo before onboarding your team.
Who is behind Intercept?
Intercept is built and run by Nestor Analytics Kft. in Budapest. The team that configures your setup also supports it, 24/7.
